Made from tomato's, capers, chilli, garlic, kalamata olives and parsley, putanesca sauce is perfect for fresh fettuccine, linguine, maccheroni di casa, potato gnocchi, eggplant ravioli and chicken, olive, tomato & read wine ravioli.

Mediterranean Vegetable Sauce 300ml
Slow roasted eggplant, capsicum, onions & tomato's. This classic southern Italian sauce is best served with and fresh flat pasta as well as vegetarian ravioli.

Creamy Mushroom & Onion Sauce 300ml
Made from mushroom, cream, onions, white wine, olive oil, herbs and spices. This sauce is ideal for Roasted Mushroom Ravioli, Beef Tortellini, Braised Lamb & Mushroom Ravioli as well as for fresh linguine and fettuccine.

Packaging: All sauces are packed in glass jars and sterilised.
