Gnocchi
Soft dumplings made from potatoes and other melt in the mouth flavours. Only fresh Desiree potatoes are used to create a gnocchi that is light and tender.
Packaging: Gnocchi are packed in a 500g bags and sold frozen.

Cooking Instructions: Place the frozen gnocchi in rapid boiling salted water. DO NOT STIR! Remove from stove when they float, then drain with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Very Important:
1. Do not let them overcook.
2. Do not cook more than 500g at one time.
