Peppe's
Pasta was founded in 1993 by Joe Cassaniti With a history of quality food
manufacturers in his family, Joe introduced fresh pasta in to the famous Haberfield
Bakery owned by Joe's parents. Peppe's pasta went into full production creating
new shapes and flavours. In the winter of 2001 Joe opened his retail store in
Haberfield, beside the bakery. Joe
prides the business in delivering a high standard of quality in his products and
services to his customers. All pasta is made using Australian durum wheat, fresh
eggs, fresh local vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood. It
is for this reason that many awards have been won at the Royal Agricultural Society
in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. (Refer

assortment of pasta is constantly expanding, with the use of a diverse range of
new and exotic ingredients and flavours. A
